Thank you for exploring our Company for your Construction and Real Estate needs.  We are a licensed California General Contractor and Real Estate Broker.  That specializes in the development of Government new construction, light commercial, custom residential, design/plans and build, construction cost estimating, investment or site management consulting.

Our Company is comprised of two principle owners Bill and Susan Lowe.  Bill has 21 years of construction experience with diverse trade knowledge.  He’s the “nuts and bolts” of how to build.  Susan possesses 20 years of skilled senior legal office administration, secretarial, contract management skills, and the company policy administrator.  She’s the “sentinel” for our clients and company.

We have chosen to use a personal name for the company name to establish a personal relationship with our Clients and to have notable reputation with our community as we would with our family and friends.  A Company designed not to be veiled with illusions of Corporate America, rather with real people to be your point of contact.  Our philosophy and integrity is, “What is right is right and what is wrong is wrong!”  We achieve above board ethics and standards.

 Our Construction firm is designed to be an averaged priced contractor.  We are neither the highest nor the lowest (click here pg 4).  We construct our building for longevity and quality. In turn our objective is to extinguish the need to come back for repairs. It is our goal to have you as our client not just for one transaction but rather for the future of never ending possibilities!
